Why Ani

Fifteen years shaping celebrations.

I started for the love of it and never stopped. Since then every cake comes out of my hands, no catalogue moulds: I plan it for the person and the moment that will receive it.

I work to measure — flavour, size and design we decide together. I also make the pastries for the Già restaurant, and with notice I prepare gluten-free and sugar-free options.
