With notice I make gluten-free cakes to measure — with the same care as the rest, adapting sponge and filling. We talk it through case by case to fit what you need and the occasion.
An honest note: this isn’t a certified gluten-free kitchen, so if there’s coeliac disease or a serious intolerance we’ll talk it over calmly before ordering, so you can decide with all the information. Tell me on WhatsApp what you need and when.
