Fifteen years shaping celebrations

I started for the love of it and never stopped. Since then every cake comes out of my hands, no catalogue moulds: I plan it for the person who will receive it and the moment they’re celebrating.

I work to measure — flavour, size and design we decide together, with a tasting beforehand when it helps. I also bake the pastries for the Già restaurant in l’Alfàs del Pi.

With notice I prepare gluten-free and sugar-free options, carefully (it isn’t a certified allergen-free workshop, so we talk it through case by case). And I look after you in English just as well as Spanish.
